Multimedia Ministry

Burnside Community Baptist Church’s Multimedia Ministry shares the word of God with the world using printed materials, technology and social media. We aim to equip the ministries of the church with the use of digital and electronic media as a worship and outreach tool. This ministry not only provides the technical support required for our worship experiences, but also records various events, which are made available on DVD and will later be available for viewing on our web site and social media outlets.

Multimedia volunteers work behind the scenes to make it possible to share the message of God with large groups of people through sound, social media, recordings, an online presence, printed materials, photography and other forms of communication.  The multimedia ministry team has a wide variety of responsibilities. Some of these include:
⦁    Providing audio and visual support during worship experiences or other events
⦁    Recording audio and video during worship and special events
⦁    Audio and video recording of worship experiences and other special events for production, duplication, and distribution
⦁    Providing audio support for evangelistic outreach and other special events outside of the church building
⦁    Sharing the word of God and information about the church and its events via the church’s website and other forms of communication
⦁    Keeping the church’s website updated
⦁    Creating and disturbing printed materials for worship experiences and events
⦁    Sharing Biblical, church, and event information and resources via social media venues
⦁    Taking church life and event photos to share via the website and social mediums
